We order from you all the time. We didn't have a good experience this time at all. First, I order honey garlic spare ribs and the order is accepted. When we went to pickup , the person at the store tells us there is none. Why not call us so we can substitute for something else? Now we are short a meal for our guests. Then we get home and the chicken fried rice is missing! Had to send my son back to get it. We had guests over and this was very unprofessional and embarrassing. And to make matters worse, there was no offer of any kind gesture. Not even an extra order of wings or egg rolls...nothing! Bad experience. I gave a 2 cause the food that we did get was good; but not trustworthy anymore.

Food was good, a little on the greasy side. Price increase was a lot for the same food.
